Identity of the publisher
FrameVault is an independent editorial publication. The Site is accessible at trifectabethorseracing.com. Throughout this Notice, “the Site”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FrameVault. The contact path for legal correspondence is published in the section “How to contact us” below.
Purpose of the Site
FrameVault publishes editorial analysis of UK horse racing betting markets, with a particular focus on the UK Tote Trifecta, the bookmaker Tricast, and the wider regulatory and economic environment within which those products operate. The Site is intended for informational and educational purposes only. The Site is not a betting operator. The Site does not accept stakes, does not handle player funds, and is not licensed by the Gambling Commission to provide gambling facilities.
No betting, financial or legal advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes betting advice, financial advice, tax advice or legal advice. The Site is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Decisions about whether, when or how much to stake on any bet are taken by the reader at the reader’s own risk. Past performance of any bet, market or product is not a reliable indicator of future results, and dividends, regulatory rules, takeout rates and product specifications described on the Site may change after the date of publication without notice.
The Site discusses gambling products that are restricted to adults aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom. Readers under that age must not act on the contents of the Site.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate at the date of publication or at the date stated as “last updated”. We rely on primary sources where available, including the British Horseracing Authority, the Horserace Betting Levy Board, the Gambling Commission and the UK Tote. We cannot, however, guarantee that every piece of information is complete, current and free from error at every moment in time. Where we become aware of a factual error, we correct it openly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the contents of the Site, including any loss of profits, loss of stake, loss of opportunity or consequential loss. Nothing in this Notice limits or excludes our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Intellectual property
All editorial content on the Site — including text, structure, navigation, graphics, layout, photographs commissioned for the Site and the underlying source code — is protected by copyright and by other intellectual property rights and remains the property of FrameVault or its licensors. The “FrameVault” name and visual identity are protected as unregistered or registered marks of the publication, depending on jurisdiction.
You may read the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short extracts in line with the fair-dealing provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, provided that you credit the Site clearly and link to the relevant article. Any other use — including republication, redistribution, mirroring, framing, automated scraping for commercial purposes, or use to train machine-learning systems — requires our prior written permission.

The Site contains links to external resources, including but not limited to the British Horseracing Authority, the Gambling Commission, the Horserace Betting Levy Board, GambleAware and GamCare. These links are provided for the benefit of readers. The contents of external sites are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for them. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement of the external site or its operator.
User-generated content
The Site does not currently host public user-generated content such as comments, forums or reviews. Where correspondence is sent to us privately through the contact path below, we may publish a corrected or clarifying note on an article in response, but we will not identify a correspondent without their explicit consent.
Data protection
Personal information collected through the Site is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. The detail of how we collect, use, retain and disclose information, together with your rights and how to exercise them, is set out in our Privacy Policy. The Site uses a small number of cookies; their purpose and retention is described in the Cookie Policy.
